Bolney Wine Estate Pinot Noir 2013

Bolney Wine Estate Pinot Noir 2016

This is a great tasting note from a write up in Red magazine. ‘Fantastic example of a cool climate Pinot, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It has a good light to medium body, full of red cherry, bacon and hints of cedar wood, which give a lovely complexity on the bouquet and palate. Goes extremely well with creamy dishes made with lots of butter, soft or mild cheese like brie and goats cheese.’

Regarded as on one, if not the best red wines to have been produced in England.
Perfectly ripe grapes where hand picked and cold macerated.

The pallet displays and excellent balance of fruit and spice with the addition of soft oak due to its 8 months in French oak.
